The “Ideas Forum” provides a vehicle for the introduction of concepts that the author hopes will be helpful to the improvement of chess in Michigan. These concepts may be either the personal ideas of the author or information about how things are done in another state or organization. Articles for the Ideas Forum are the opinions of individuals. Whether the article comes from a person who has a position in the MCA or not, it should not be construed as being endorsed by the MCA or any group within the MCA.
