Up to 2 Half-Point Byes in rounds 1-5.
USCF & MCA required. Both USCF & MCA Memberships can be purchased during online registration. Purchasing USCF through this system benefits MCA.

MCA Policy: No Cell Phones (or Smart Watches) allowed with players during active games!

Players U1600 in Open section, add $15. Players recently over 1600 may request to have the play up fee waived.
Booster: $27 by 12/7

RESERVE: 1st $300 plus trophy, 2nd $200, 3rd $150
Top U1400, U1200, Unrated: $100 each
