Due to Emergency Repairs on the Oakland University campus, we must move the location of the Michigan Action. It will now be held in Ann Arbor at Wyndham Garden Hotel & Conference Center. If you have registered, but this new location affects your plans, please contact me for a full refund of your entry fee.
If you would like a hotel room, please contact the hotel at 734-665-4444 although they said that room availability is limited. There is also a Hampton Inn next door that may be convenient.
Format:
6-SS
3 Sections: Open, Reserve (U1600) & Booster (U1000)
Up to 2 Half-Point Byes in rounds 1-5.
USCF & MCA required. Both USCF & MCA Memberships can be purchased during online registration. Purchasing USCF through this system benefits MCA.
MCA Policy: No Cell Phones (or Smart Watches) allowed with players during active games!
