Michigan Bottom Half Class

The Bottom Half Class Championships was started by former MCA president, Bob Ciaffone. It was intended to give an alternative to the typical Class section defined by USCF. Sections are based on odd rating levels (U1900, U1700, U1500 U1300, U900) so that the typical players rated in the bottom half of the Class Championship are now in the top of the section.
